A place for the vision to live
in design
Sovereign communities, islands and resorts where SOS Systems can become everyday life.
A vision for civilization has to work somewhere people wake up, share meals and care for a place. Tusita brings SOS Systems into a resort and resident community designed to develop the skills, infrastructure and income that sustain its own daily life.
Water, shelter, maintenance, learning and livelihoods all need attention. Tusita asks how the people sustaining those things can help shape the rules of the place they share. Care for the land and one another belongs in that daily work.
The worked example begins with an illustrative 24-unit resort and a team of 24 resident workers. It follows land and design decisions through construction, commissioning, guest income, care and renewal. The scale, budget and site layout are assumptions to test. Resident, worker, host and guest roles need their own clear terms.
Manifest records needs; SideGigs and Bloom connect work with learning. Otto supports coordination. Travel could connect guests with hosts, Market local goods with buyers, and Music gatherings with artists. The proposed physical organs add construction, energy, water, food, fabrication, logistics, stewardship and recovery. What people learn in Tusita should improve the whole.
Bring experience of maintaining, hosting, organising or living in a shared place.
