A place needs more than a drawing. Otto Habitat is a working proposal for connecting land context, design, approvals and construction with the people who will live with the result.

Start with the place and its people

Bring together site studies, land access, ecological limits, local obligations and the needs of residents, workers and guests. Qualified people retain responsibility for technical designs and required approvals.

Make the build inspectable

Connect drawings and bills of quantities to scoped work packages, dependencies, inspections and asset handovers. Lessons from a first unit should improve the next, with the version and its decisions recorded.

Where it stands

Now: A new working proposal introduced through the Tusita model. The name, scope and implementation remain open.
Next: Define one building package, its responsible designer, approval path, acceptance evidence and maintenance handover.
