MY3YE · A movement building SOS Systems

MY3YE is the movement. SOS Systems is what we build together.

The system is taking shape. Each organ page explains its current scope and direction.

Intelligence of your own

prototype

Otto

A personal AI of your own, to help turn intention into action.

Why Otto exists

You should be able to return to an intention without rebuilding the whole conversation. Otto carries knowledge, decisions and personal context forward, helping you find the next step and bring people or agents into the work.

Your Otto · a continuing personal context

The personal layer is shaped by capsules attached to your account: knowledge, memories, context and prompts. A new person can begin fresh; an existing capsule can carry their history forward. The design calls for clear access permissions, export and a way to change providers while retaining your context.

The shared Otto · intelligence people govern

Beneath that personal layer is a common foundation: Otto’s soul, knowledge, goals and system prompt. Contributors help shape the shared intelligence, with responsibility informed by reviewed impact. Model weights, training and inference on chain remain long-term research directions. Shared knowledge and cooperation must remain portable across implementations.

Evidence to help people choose

Otto can propose options and explain the evidence and assumptions behind them. The design requires independent review by people whose judgment is separate from those benefiting from an assessment. Affected people need a named human contact, a way to contest a decision and a route to reconsideration or remedy. A favorable simulation cannot approve its own use.

Continuity when a connection fails

Each use case needs a clear account of what can continue locally, what must wait for shared information and how records are reconciled after reconnection. A provider change should preserve the context and permissions a person has chosen to carry. These are requirements to demonstrate as the shared system develops.

From personal AI to personal devices

The longer vision includes devices that belong to their users, built openly in decentralized, fully automated factories and workshops owned by their makers. Otto Fabrication is a new working proposal for this shared capability, beginning with supervised workshops and inspected outputs.

Where it stands

Now
A working personal implementation supports the build. Shared on-chain intelligence and open manufacturing remain future work.
Next
Demonstrate a second person’s Otto with a verifiable shared base and controlled context export. Test provider switching, a disputed recommendation and a connection failure with clear human responsibility.

Questions to work through

  • What can leave a personal capsule, for which purpose, and with whose approval?
  • What evidence and independent review would keep shared assessments open to challenge?

Its place in the living system

Otto helps coordinate work across Manifest, SideGigs and Bloom. Tech Assist applies continuity to a business; Shakrah to daily reflection. Travel, Market, Care and Music extend the open-protocol direction into more parts of life.
