A continuing technical partner
in development
A continuing technical partner for a small business, built around an Otto that knows its context.
Bookings change. Invoices need sending. A website needs attention after launch. Tech Assist applies Otto’s continuing context to one business, so the next technical task can build on what has already been decided.
The proposed scope covers websites, invoicing, bookings and customer messages. Keeping decisions and operating context together can help the owner spend less time explaining the business again.
Before a business depends on the service, its boundaries need to be explicit: which tasks it handles, which changes require the owner’s approval, and when a human takes over. That agreement is part of building a dependable technical partner.
Tech Assist tests Otto through needs beyond the ecosystem. Useful service work could help sustain the system, while the lessons can inform the development of its shared intelligence.
Bring one recurring technical task from a small business, including where human approval or support is essential.
