Otto Care is the open, decentralized healthcare protocol in the ecosystem. Maya is its AI agent; the work ahead is to define how that intelligence can support people and those responsible for their care.
The direction combines AI assistance with a decentralized healthcare protocol. Maya’s responsibilities, the role of care providers and the decisions that require human judgment must be explicit as the first use case is developed.
Healthcare information can matter to more than one person, especially when decisions depend on it. The access model needs to account for purpose, necessity, urgency and the people affected. Those rules remain open design work, grounded in privacy and personal sovereignty.
Otto Care addresses healthcare, alongside Shakrah’s everyday reflection and Panik’s urgent safety network. Otto supplies the shared intelligence direction; SOS Systems supplies principles for protection, privacy and decisions about sensitive information.
Bring a patient, care provider or healthcare-system perspective on a first use case and the responsibilities it would require.
