The direction combines AI assistance with a decentralized healthcare protocol. Maya’s responsibilities, the role of care providers and the decisions that require human judgment must be explicit as the first use case is developed.
Healthcare information can matter to more than one person, especially when decisions depend on it. The access model needs to account for purpose, necessity, urgency and the people affected. Those rules remain open design work, grounded in privacy and personal sovereignty.
