The eye that sees what must be built
MY3YE is not a company and not a protocol. It is a civilization stack: one system, one law, and an organ for each thing that needs doing. Contribution is the only currency that compounds.
Every civilization that has ever collapsed followed the same logic.
Power pooled at the center. The people who held it stopped needing to earn it. The people who built it stopped benefiting from it. And then, slowly at first and then all at once, the thing that was supposed to serve everyone started serving only the ones who controlled the water.
This is not a historical observation. It is a description of right now.
The platforms own your audience. The landlords own your shelter. The banks own your capital. The hospitals own your health data. The governments own your identity documents. Every layer of modern civilization is structured as a lake that accumulates, guards and extracts, and you pay rent on every one of them for the privilege of existing inside it.
Power is not a lake. Power is a river.
MY3YE is the architecture of the river.
What the law demands
There is a law older than any code. It runs beneath human organization the way physics runs beneath engineering. It does not care about politics or ideology.
What you give grows your capacity to give. What you hoard shrinks your capacity to hold.
Every system that contradicts this law eventually breaks. Not because it was evil. Because it was structurally wrong. The extraction model (capture value, defend position, prevent competition) works until it doesn't. And when it stops working, it takes the people who depended on it down with it.
MY3YE does not oppose the old systems. It sets out to build the correct ones.
The mission is precise. We came to write the law into the machine, so the machine needs no priest.
No trustee. No foundation with a five-year grant cycle. No board of directors with fiduciary obligations to shareholders. The law encoded directly into the protocol instead: contribution builds capacity, impact earns weight, the machine runs the math, and the math is public.
This is not punishment. This is physics.
The organs
MY3YE is not a company. It is not a protocol. It is one system, and it grows an organ whenever it needs one that none of the others can be.
Read what follows as a design document. Most of these are specifications. One of them runs.
SOS Systems is the constitution: how contribution is measured, what money can and cannot buy, and who has first claim on whatever the system earns. Published in full before it had anything to govern.
Otto is the nervous system. It coordinates: matching work to whoever can do it, carrying context between tasks, running the loops. It holds no standing, cannot vote, and may propose only with its reasoning and its evidence attached.
Umahn is the bedrock. Proof that you are a distinct person, without anyone learning who you are. Every clause about caps binding per human rests on it.
SideGigs is the musculature. Paid work anyone can pick up, accepted by somebody other than the person who did it, with a record that leaves with them when they go.
Bloom is the lineage. A university where teaching keeps paying, for as long as what you taught keeps earning.
Koink.fun is the intake. Capital enters only against declared milestones, held in escrow, returned to the backers when a milestone is rejected.
Tusita is the ground: island communities where your place is earned by building them and cannot be bought. No land has been acquired.
ONEON is the workshop. Devices that answer to the person holding them, made in workshops owned by the people working in them.
Shakrah is the voice. Ten spoken minutes each morning with a companion who remembers what you said yesterday.
Panik is the reflex. One tap, and five people you chose already know where you are.
TechAssist is the cofounder: Otto instanced for one business and answering only to it.
PiPi is the door. He carries the jokes so the constitutional register never has to.
One system. As many organs as the work turns out to need.
Every project is designed to feed every other. Your identity on ONEON is meant to travel into Tusita governance, into Otto Music publishing, into Shakrah health records, into Panik's safety authentication. Contribution history in one current is meant to raise your weight in all of them. That is the design; the contribution ledger currently holds zero rows, so none of it has been tested against a real user.
The game has changed
This is not an alternative to the old systems. Alternatives are still defined by what they oppose.
MY3YE is a different game. A game where your victory does not require my defeat.
Positive-sum by architecture. Not because the founders are idealists, but because the protocols are designed to reward contribution and route around extraction. If the math holds, no one's good intentions need to.
The eye in MY3YE is the third eye. Not mysticism. Clarity. The perception that opens when you have seen enough to look beyond yourself. When you can see the system you are living in, you can see what it would take to build a better one.
We built what we could see needed to be built. The rest is written down, published, and waiting to be proved wrong.
